Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Cost

Tracked UK delivery is free on every order.

How long it takes

Every necklace is made to order and engraved with your names, so please allow 12 to 19 days from ordering to delivery. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Christmas

To receive your order in time for Christmas, please order by Monday 30 November. Orders placed after that are made with the same care, but may arrive after Christmas.

Gift box

Every necklace comes in a free gift box. If you're buying for yourself, you can switch the box off on the product page.

Address details

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 19 days, or tracking hasn't updated for 5 working days, email us and we'll chase it. If it's lost or arrives damaged, we'll send a new one free or refund you in full. See our refund policy for more, including our optional delivery protection.
