Terms of service

1. Who we are
This website is run by Adorly Jewellery ("we", "us"), Unit 24, Farfield Park, Rotherham, S63 5DB, United Kingdom. Email: lucawaterman06@gmail.com. The store is hosted on Shopify.
2. These terms
These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy from us. Please read them with our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy. If you're a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
3. Our products
Our necklaces are stainless steel with a silver, gold or rose gold tone plated finish. They are not sterling silver or solid gold. We show our products as accurately as we can, but colours on your screen may vary slightly, and small variations in engraving are normal.
4. Personalisation
You're responsible for checking the names you enter. We engrave exactly what you type, in capital letters, up to 10 characters per name. We may refuse to engrave anything offensive, unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights, and will refund you in full if we do.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total you pay for the item. UK delivery is free. Discounts apply as described at the time of your order and can't be exchanged for cash. If a product is clearly mispriced because of an obvious error, we'll contact you before processing the order, and you can go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken securely at checkout.
6. Your order and our contract
After you order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Our contract with you starts when we send that email. If we can't make your order for any reason, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are set out in our shipping policy. Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to the address you gave us.
8. Cancellations, returns and faults
Because every necklace is personalised, the 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply once your order has been made (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)). Your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described are explained in our refund policy and are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your legal rights as a consumer. Our products are for personal use, and we're not responsible for business losses.
10. Using our website
The content, photos and designs on this website belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy them for commercial use without permission. We may update or suspend the website at any time.
11. Your information
We use your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we'll do our best to put it right. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
