Stainless steel with a silver, gold or rose gold tone plated finish. It isn't sterling silver or solid gold. Take it off for showers, swimming and the gym, keep perfume and lotion away from it, and store it in its box to keep it bright for longer.

Nothing is pre-made. Your necklace is engraved with your names after you order, then sent with tracked UK delivery, free on orders over £25. Please allow 12–19 days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

Will it arrive for Christmas?

What if a name is spelled wrong?
We engrave exactly what you type, capital letters and all, and your confirmation email lists every name. Spotted a typo? Reply within 2 hours and we'll change it before engraving. If our engraving doesn't match your order, we'll remake it free or refund you.
Is it real silver or gold?
No, and we'd rather be upfront about it. Every necklace is stainless steel with a silver, gold or rose gold tone plated finish. It isn't sterling silver or solid gold.
Will it tarnish?
Stainless steel doesn't rust, but the colour is a plated finish that can wear over time. To keep it bright for longer, take it off for showers, swimming and the gym, put perfume and lotion on before the necklace, and store it in its box.
How many names can I add?
Up to 5 on the Heartkeeper, 4 on Hearts Within Hearts and 3 on the Embrace. Each name can be up to 10 letters, so “Mum & Dad” fits on one.
Can I get a necklace with my grandchildren's names?
Yes. Nan necklaces with grandchildren's names are one of our most popular gifts. The Heartkeeper holds up to 5 names, Hearts Within Hearts up to 4 and the Embrace up to 3, each up to 10 letters. Mix children's and grandchildren's names on one personalised family necklace if you like.
